Poem for Rachel
Its been a wild west of ups and downs.
Seems like forever...
More down than up,
I can not hide,
Nothing can hide the fear inside.
So, come with me,
I’m failing underneath the light.
The face inside can’t heal the lies,
I know....
she did not make it home!
And when she move along to the other side
I know....
she didn't have to walk alone!
The shock can hold you down,
When you re not looking out,
Can’t you hear the sound?
Heart beating out loud...
Shadows paint the scene...
The spotlights choose to fall...
and I’m left wondering....
Is it really worth it all?
Through anger and tears
This I know...
Rachel in heaven for ever go.
